In the next few days, God Eater 3 will officially launch on PC and PS4. While it’s almost here, the gaming community are still curious about the Nintendo Switch version of the game. Fortunately, we got some response from the developer.
During the interview between IGN and God Eater 3 developers, one of the topics that were tackled is the portable version of the upcoming game.
According to Yusuke Tomizawa, God Eater producer:
“Since we announced [God Eater 3], we have received a lot of opinions that they wanted God Eater 3 on portable devices. As I mentioned earlier, God Eater 3 is available on PS4/PC because we prioritized the quality of the game, but we will listen to the voice of users, including to fans who are on the Nintendo Switch.”
In addition to what Tomizawa says, Yuya Tomiyama also added:
“Many customers in their home cannot play games using television, and we always have requests from those people. We are also aware of that point.”
There are already lots of God Eater games that have been released in the past including the portable and mobile versions. However, Capcom had never released any God Eater game on the Nintendo system. With the company confirming that they are trying to listen to the requests of their fans, it’s good to hear that there’s a chance for a portable version of God Eater 3 on Nintendo system. Until there is no official announcement of a portable version of the game, make sure to take this news lightly.
God Eater 3 is coming to PC and PS4 on February 8, 2019.
