Niantic has just rolled out another Pokemon GO app update and while it was slowly becoming available in your local app store, Pokemon GO data miners have discovered a Fall event coming to the game.
Interestingly, almost the same moment last year, Niantic also released an app update where data miners also found an event called Halloween 2017.
While a Halloween event has been discovered last year, Pokemon GO is also celebrating its autumn Equinox event where it features an increased drop rate of Pokemon from a special 2km egg including Chansey, Larvitar, and Mareep.
With the discovery of the Fall 2018 event in the data code, does it mean there will be no Pokemon GO Halloween event this year? Or is Niantic planning to merge both Halloween and Fall event for a bigger range of features?
Last year during the Halloween event, Pokemon GO features the spawn rate increase of Ghost-type Pokemon from the Hoenn region, alongside the release of their shiny forms and the Halloween themed Pikachu.
While there is still no official announcement from the developer, at least we already know that there’s a planned event this month or maybe next month.
