Respawn Entertainment Banned More Than 355k Apex Legends Cheaters

Tired of encountering cheaters in Apex Legends? Well, Respawn Entertainment has finally made a move banning more than 355,000 cheaters in the game.

As reported earlier today, Respawn Community Manager has revealed that they have successfully cracked down thousands of Apex Legends cheaters on PC through Easy-Anti-Cheat that Apex Legends has been using.

The anti-cheat system works but due to the efforts of many hackers to exploit the game, the fight between them against the cheaters is an ongoing war. As of writing, Respawn has confirmed that they will be adding a report feature on PC to help them track suspected cheaters in Apex Legends.

In addition to the thousand of cheaters that received Respawn Entertainment’s ban hammer, they also addressed that they will be working on the issues that have been reported to them such as the game crashing, auto-disconnect while in-game, server performance upgrade, and dealing with spammers during character select.
