One of the most awaited Pokemon GO events of the year is just around the corner. Now that we’re getting close to the spooky month, it’s likely that we will be seeing the return of the Pokemon GO Halloween Event. But what’s should we expect for this year’s spooky event?
There are lots of changes and updates happened in Pokemon GO just this year alone. Similar to the previous year, Niantic will also activate spooky in-game bonuses such as bonus XP, Pokemon Egg hatching, and more. However, the arrival of the Generation 5 Pokemon will surely make the event more exciting.
Not all of the Generation 5 Pokemon have been released during the Pokemon GO Ultra Bonus Week 3 event. Only a few Pokemon were selected to join the others in the wild and it’s obvious that Niantic is not releasing all of them because they are meant for some events.
Before the Ultra Bonus Week 3 Event begins, Pokemon GO teases the silhouette of some Generation 5 Pokemon. However, not all of them has been spotted in the wild yet. I’m referring to Yamask. Yamask has been teased by Pokemon GO on their social media account but no trainers have managed to encounter this Pokemon since the beginning of the Week 3 Event.

It is because Niantic may be holding Yamask and the others for something else. Yes, they could be released during the Pokemon GO Halloween Event 2019. No official list of Generation 5 Pokemon have been announced yet for the Halloween Event but digging up the recent data mine, here are the possible featured Pokemon for the upcoming event:
Most of the listed Pokemon above are Ghost and Dark-type Pokemon which really suits for the Halloween event. There are still lots of similar type Pokemon coming from the 5th generation, so until then, all we have to do is wait for the official announcement from Niantic.
