Play Pokemon GO at Home With the New Remote Raids Feature

Developer Niantic has added a new feature in Pokemon GO to cope with the on-going COVID-19 outbreak around the world. The new feature will allow players to participate in Raid Battles at the comfort of their home.

With the new in-game item called Remote Raid Pass which cost 100 Pokecoins, Pokemon GO players can interact and join the raids appearing on the map without visiting the actual location.

The Pokemon GO developer has been releasing new updates on their games to keep their fanbase engaged ruing the lockdown period. Some of these are the Field Research Task and Buddy Up event.

Meanwhile, the same feature is also coming to Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and Ingress. What do you think of the Remote Raid Pass? Are you going to grab this new pass and join the Raids?
