Just before the end of the Sinnoh Celebration Event in Pokemon GO, developer Niantic has announced that the next featured region is Hoenn. This leads to the new Pokemon GO event called Hoenn Celebration Event.
According to the details, the Pokemon GO Hoenn Celebration Event will start on Tuesday, January 19, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Starting on that date, Pokemon GO trainers will be able to experience all the featured bonuses of the Hoenn Celebration Event. This event will last until January 24, 2021, Sunday, at exactly 8:00 PM local time.
Some of the features that will be available during the Pokemon GO Hoenn Celebration event is the increased spawn rate of Treecko, Torchich, Mudkip, Loudred, Taillow, and more. In addition, lucky players will also have a chance to encounter and catch a Shiny Aron.
New Pokemon will also be available in Raids including Treecko, Mudkip, Aron, Bagon, and Torchic. Along with these Pokemon, Legendary Kyogre and Groudon will be appearing in 5-Star Raids.
As usual, trainers will also be getting new limited-timed Field Research Tasks. Completion of the Research Task will allow players to encounter Rayquaza that knows the exclusive Charged Attack Hurricane.
