Unlike the ending of The Promised Neverland Season 2, the original ending based on the manga sees the death of Isabella. Isabella died after protecting Emma from a demon who tried to kill her.

The manga also sees how Emma got separated from the other children. Emma lost her memory after passing through the gate. Norma, Ray, and the other children searched for Emma for a long time. After a long search, they managed to found Emma. While Emma can’t remember what really happened in the past, her heart tells that she knows all the children in front of her.
