The Walking Dead: The Final Season Pulled From Online Stores

Following the Telltale studio closure announcement and the lawsuit filed by the terminated employees, Telltale Games has decided to pause the sales of their upcoming game The Walking Dead: The Final Season.

Unfortunately, Telltale Games has requested their partners to temporarily stop all the pre-order sales for the upcoming game. Obviously, the company is currently facing some issues starting with the closure of the studio and now the recently filed lawsuit against them.

By checking one of their partner stores GOG, there’s a notice why the pre-order of the game was halted.

“Telltale has requested a temporary pause of sales of The Walking Dead – Final Season. For all up to date Telltale news, please refer to their official Twitter page,” the about notice said.

Apart from GOG, official store page for The Walking Dead: The Final Season like PlayStation was also removed. For the Steam page of the game, the purchase button was also missing. However, fans can still download the demo of the game on Steam for free.

Telltale Games has continued working with the remaining employees to catch up with some remaining work for their partners.
