This guide will show you how to get all achievements in Printersim.
Achievements and Ending
Make The Cut: Solve the infamous scissor puzzle.
Grab a chair in the dining room and go to the area where the grandfather clock is. Drag the chair to the scissors and then you can remove it. Alternative, you can grab the umbrella on the coat rack near the door and use that on the scissors to get it.
Professional Discounter: Get a discount at the shop.
Open your inventory and scroll to the very last page and you’ll find a discount card. Give it to the shop clerk and you’ll get a discount for regularly stocked items.
Rapid Divorce: Sell your wife.
Go to your bedroom and remove the big closet on the wall to reveal a hole with coffee beans in it. Grab the coffee beans and put in the coffee dispenser. Turn on the coffee dispenser and wait until it overflows. Your wife will eventually clean it up. When she does, quickly drag her into the trash can for that sweet $1000
Record Collector: Sammeln 8 Aufzeichnungen

8) Reel of Tape: Use the crowbar on the lifted floor board under the dining table. Remove the floor board and take out the mysterious package. Go to sleep and check the house door for a strange parcel and open it to reveal wire cutters. Use the wire cutters on the mysterious package to get the Reel of Tape and other things.
Flexitime Pioneer: Rip several items off the wall with the crowbar.
Use the crowbar located in the safe and remove things such as the kitchen counters, oven, bathtub etc… and sell it.
A Friend Til The End: Become friends with the printershop clerk.
Once you give the green book located on the bookcase you become friends.
It Ain’t Safe: Open the safe.
The safe is located behind the picture in the area with the grandfather clock. Remove the frame to reveal the safe. Der Code ist 0621 which is the date of your wife’s birthday. Diamonds Are Forever: Sell a diamond.
Go to the kitchen and you’ll notice a turkey sticking out of the oven. Put the turkey in your inventory, not your bag, and turn on the oven. Keep an eye on the turkey as it will begin to cook. You do not need to be in the kitchen for this. Letztlich, the turkey will turn into a diamond. Wenn das passiert, you must sell it quickly or it’ll turn into ash.
The Depths Of Insanity: Sell your house. (New Ending)

On the 7th day, you’ll receive an email about a contest and one of the prizes you can pick is a rock. You will need to answer all 7 questions correctly in order to get the prize. After answering a correct answer, an email will ask you another question until you complete them all. Your prize will be sent the following day in a package next to your door. The answers to these questions come from the magazines, general observation and your email.

Company Occulture: Perform the ritual of the Prince.

If you only want the Company Occulture Trophäe, you only need to buy 1 Safran und sonst nichts. You also do not need to pick up Another Book (Rot) on the bookshelf
This is a chain of events that occur and I will describe the steps by days. You do not need to do these starting all on day 1 but it takes about 4 days for the entire quest to finish.
Tag 1: Go to the shop and buy 2 Safran and an Ink Cartridge. Go to the safe and take out the Brecheisen and use it on the loose floorboard. Sell the floorboard and take the Mysterious Package. Go to the kitchen and open the drawer underneath the microwave to obtain the Axt. Öffne das Ink Cartridge mit Ihrem Axt. Glückwunsch, you chopped off your arm.

Ich bin nicht 100% sure how to unlock this but I believe you have to unlock all other achievements first and then beat the game. I beat the game twice before getting all other achievements and did not unlock this. After getting all the other achievements, I beat the game again and got this unlocked as well as another ending.
