Aufpasser: Legion has a total of eight districts, also known as boroughs. Im Spiel, players will be able to find Tech Points that can be used to upgrade skills and weapons.
If your current location is in Camden, then you will be able to find a total of 19 Tech Points. While these Tech Points are not missable due to the markings on the map, you may still be facing a hard time getting some of them.

Tech Point #1: United Souls Search
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on top of the United Souls Church. Tech point is located just below the clock of the tower.
Tech Point #2: GBB House
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on top of the GBB House. It’s just sitting on the roof.
Tech Point #3: Crescent Park
Jump over the fence of the Crescent Park. Tech Point is on the scaffolding of that restricted area.
Tech Point #4: Albion Internment Centre
Go and infiltrate the Albion Internment Centre. The Tech Point is located in the office where you can see the Albion Private Services logo.
Tech Point #5: Blume Complex
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on top of the roof of Blume Complex. You will see the Tech Point lying on the metal floor of the building.
Tech Point #6: Carcani Medical
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on top of the roof of Carcani Medical. Use a Spiderbot to crawl the Tech Point under the vent.
Tech Point #7: Cruciform Hospital
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on top of the front gate of Cruciform Hospital. You can obtain the Tech Point near the garbage box.
Tech Point #8: University College London
Go to University College London. Using a Cargo Drone, fly on the roof the building. You can also use Spiderbot to sneak and grab the Tech Point near the ctOS console.
Tech Point #9: Camden Market
Go to Camden Market. The Tech Point is just on top of the counter in front of the store selling t-shirts.
Tech Point #10: Camden High Street
Go to Camden High Street. The Tech Point is located on top of the plywoods on the roof.
Tech Point #11: The British Museum
Using a Cargo Drone, fly over the fence of The British Museum. Tech Point is on the table inside the tent on the right side.
Tech Point #12: Furzton Tower Block
Using a Cargo Drone, fly on the side of the Furzton Tower Block. The Tech Point is lying on the ledge of the building near the ventilation.
Tech Point #13: ETO Bank Construction Site
Using a Cargo Drone, find your way to the yellow scaffolding in ETO Bank Construction Site. The Tech Point is just lying on the scaffolding.
Tech Point #14: St. Pancras International
Infiltrate the St. Pancras International. Tech Point is located in one of the cells inside the building. Note that you can only get this if you have already unlocked two stories.
Tech Point #15: Argyle Inn
Using a Cargo Drone, fly to the top of the Argyle Inn. Tech Point can be found on a vent of the building.
Tech Point #16: Ministry of Civic Management
Using a Cargo Drone, infiltrate the Ministry of Civic Management. Tech Point is on a table near the statue.
Tech Point #17: Leather Lane
Infiltrate the Leather Lane. Einmal im Inneren, throw a Spiderbot to an open vent. Use it to search for the Tech Point.
Tech Point #18: Royal Courts of Justice
Go to the Royal Courts of Justice’s path going to the entrance. The low-roof near the street is where you can find the Tech Point.
Tech Point #19: Albion Station Camden
Infiltrate the Albion Station Camden and go to the evidence room. The Tech Point is located behind the boxes.
