While most achievements are self-explanatory I wanted to make this guide just in case someone would find use of it.

Player Rank Achievements
Player rank is increased by clearing songs. The max player rank is 39, after reaching it you’ll no longer acquire rank exp. Player rank does not unlock anything in the game.
(other than the joy of getting achievements :3)

Achieved player rank 2.
Another Rank Up!
Achieved player rank 10.
Yet Another Rank Up!
Achieved player rank 20.
Mega Mix+ Master
Achieved player rank 39.
Song Clear Achievements
These achievements only count individual songs, clearing the same song on multiple difficulties or multiple times wont grant you more than one point towards these achievements.
Big Debut
Cleared a song in Rhythm Game for the first time.
Intermediate Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 50 songs in Rhythm Game.
Advanced Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 100 songs in Rhythm Game.
Legendary Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 150 songs in Rhythm Game.
Song Clear Achievements (EXTREME)
The achievements you’ll be spending a lot of your time on. Heavily skill-reliant. Only EXTREME or EX EXTREME difficulty counts towards these achievements. Clearing the same song repeatedly doesn’t count. Tu’ll have to clear different songs.
You unlock the EXTREME and EX EXTREME difficulties of a song by clearing the hard difficulty first.
A tip on starting off these achievements: start off with slow songs, many of them are pretty merciful. Also don’t be afraid of failing! Practice makes perfect.
The Extreme Path
Cleared a song in Rhythm Game on EXTREME or EX EXTREME difficulty for the first time.
Intermediate Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 10 songs in Rhythm Game on EXTREME or EX EXTREME difficulty..
Advanced Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 50 songs in Rhythm Game on EXTREME or EX EXTREME difficulty.
Legendary Rhythm Game Player
Effacé 100 songs in Rhythm Game on EXTREME or EX EXTREME difficulty.
Combo Achievements
These achievements are simple, get a (insert number) combo. All achievements can be unlocked on any difficulty on any song.
Combo Beginner
Achieved a 39-combo in Rhythm Game.
Combo Expert
Achieved a 100-combo in Rhythm Game.
Combo Master
Achieved a 200-combo in Rhythm Game.
PERFECT Achievements
A PERFECT score is received for getting a full combo on a song, that means that you must hit each note. These achievements can be earned on any difficulty. Only individual songs count.
Local Idol
Achieved a PERFECT in Rhythm Game for the first time.
Regional Idol
Achieved a PERFECT on 10 songs in Rhythm Game.
National Idol
Achieved a PERFECT on 50 songs in Rhythm Game.
Global Idol
Achieved a PERFECT on 100 songs in Rhythm Game.
Playtime Achievements
These aren’t unlocked by total playtime but the time you spend on actively playing songs! If you want to cheese the achievements you can turn on No Fail Mode before starting any song and go AFK.
Feel the Rhythm
Spent over 39 minutes and 39 seconds playing Rhythm Game.
Get in the Groove
Spent over 3 heures 9 minutes and 39 seconds playing Rhythm Game.
Diva is Life
Spent over 39 heures 39 minutes and 39 seconds playing Rhythm Game.
Music Video Achievements
These might sound tedious if your’e not interested in watching the music videos, but they can be easily done by creating a playlist in the “custom playlists” menu, pressing play and going AFK. It’ll play the whole playlist without pause.
Music Video Rookie
Watched 3 minutes and 9 seconds of music videos.
Music Video Lover
Watched 39 minutes and 39 seconds of music videos.
Music Video Junkie
Watched 3 heures 9 minutes and 39 seconds of music videos.
Stylist Achievements
For these achievements you’ll need to unlock a number of modules (outfits) for all characters. You buy them with VP which you’ll earn from clearing songs.
Buying the “Item Unlock Key” DLC grants you all of these achievements.
Miku’s Stylist
Obtained 50 modules for Miku.
Miku’s Style Specialist
Obtained 70 modules for Miku.
Luka’s Stylist
Obtained 50 modules for Luka.
Luka’s Style Specialist
Obtained 70 modules for Luka.
Rin’s Stylist

Module Stylist Achievements
All songs will have a Recommended Module. The Module will be highlighted with a Star. Equip it and repeat for the other songs for the subsequent achievements. Some songs have the default modules as their recommended. These default modules do not count towards the achievement.
Entry-Level Module Stylist
Set a recommended module on any character for the first time (Song Specific only).
Talented Module Stylist
Ensemble 10 types of recommended modules on any character (Song Specific only).
Charismatic Module Stylist
Ensemble 39 types of recommended modules on any character (Song Specific only).
Fashion Designer Achievements
These achievements are related to the T-shirt editor.
Entry-Level Fashion Designer
Used the T-Shirt Editor for the first time.
Open the T-shirt editor, draw anything you want a save the design.
Talented Fashion Designer
Set an edited T-Shirt on any character (Song Specific only).
After saving your masterpiece go to modules and equip it.
Charismatic Fashion Designer
Set an edited T-Shirt on six characters in a song (Song Specific only).
You can do this on any song that features 6 personnages (par exemple “Catch the Wave”)
Equip an edited T-shirt for all 6 characters to get this achievement.

These achievements didn’t really fit anywhere else so they get this category.
Welcome to the world of Mega Mix+!
Cleared the tutorial.
The tutorial will automatically play when you enter Rhythm Game mode for the first time. If you skipped it for some reason, you can still play it again in Gallery. Play it through to the end for the achievement.
Cinephile
Watched all movies in Attract Mode Theater.
You can find the Attract Mode Theater in Gallery. All you need to do is watch all the videos there. You can also just click the videos and exit them immediately and it’ll still grant you the achievement.
VP Get!
Earned a total of over 39,000 VP.
Just keep clearing songs and you’ll get this at some point.
