Explanation
The mod was made without taking Linux file system in consideration.
If you have copied and pasted all the files, many of the original files will not be overwritten and will exist with the new ones.

There can be two files named c0100.adx と C0100.adx in the same directory without conflicts. The same applies for folders.
Since this is a Windows game, it will attempt to load a file, お気に入り C0100.adx, but will find two files instead of one.
解決
The solution will require renaming files from the mod to have the correct capitalization to actually overwrite the original files.
