A short guide on the general tactic I used to get the “I got it!” achievement which asks the player to complete the Basic Mode by using less than 35 kaarten.
Inleiding
So you want to get the “I got it!” achievement and you ended up here because it isn’t overly obvious what tactic gets you the fastest to your goal.
This guide hopes to give you (sub-)sequences of play I used to get this achievement. It is unfortunately mostly the luck of the draw, and boy can we be unlucky. Be prepared to restart a lot.
These are the sequences I used to get the achievement, I by no means think these are the most optimal, but they got the job done.
I mostly wrote this guide for some lonely achievement hunter to have an easier time with this than I did. Succes!
Opmerking: Turn off animations for a much faster experience when grinding
Round 1
I will try to reduce the sequences to their bare minimum some of them can be used through eachother while some will interfere. It’s up to you to find the optimal way with the hand you’ve drawn.
Crowded and Slump should both not kill any sheep cards. Being forced to do so at any point means a restart.
Remove Shephion and Lightning Strike with Planning Sheep and Shepherd Dog (Doesn’t matter which you use on which)
Use fill the earth on 6 six slots always. Use Falling Rock, Storm and Meteor to clear those 6 slots again.
Use All Purpose Sheep on a Be Fruitful. (Opmerking: this can be at any point, don’t keep it to last)
Use Inspiration to grab cards that clear as many cards from hand as possible, even if it means not continuing on your board state. Just to thin your deck as fast as possible to start another sequence.
Use Multiply and 2 Be Fruitful (of 1 All Purpose Sheep + en 1 Be Fruitful)
Dominion to make 10
Use Flouris and Golden Hooves to make 4 keer 10
Dominion to make 30
Plague 10 (Use Crowded and Slump if you drew them late)
Be Fruitful on 30 (or All Purpose Sheep)
Be Fruitful on 30
Wolf on one of the 30 kaarten
Round 2
You must start round 2 met 70 (2×30 and 1×10).
Pray you get good draws because you’re close.
All Purpose Sheep must be used on dominion, using it on your first one ensures you have a dominion in hand, if the other one takes longer to draw.
Hope you have a Be Fruitful and Dominion in hand and use them to get 100
Flourish and Golden Hooves on the 100 (In this case you’ll get 300 en 100)
Of
2x Be Fruitful on the 100 (In this case you’ll get 300)
All Purpose Sheep or Dominion card to 300
Flourish and Golden Hooves on the 300 (In this case you’ll get 4×300)
Of
2x Be Fruitful on the 300 (In this case you’ll get 3×300 and 1×100)
Try to not play any negative cards if possible as it drives up your cards played.
If you have to use Planning Sheep or Shepherd dog keep in mind to not remove negative cards that can be played. Mostly because you need the hand draws to thin the deck.
