This is a full walk-through on how to play the game and get all the endings and achievements.
Basic Info
This is a relatively simple game with a number of endings, though you aren’t given instructions on what controls are needed to actually complete the task at the end which is the main reason why I’m making this guide.
The basic movement controls for this game are WASD or the arrow keys, and you can only move left or right. Imprensa E to interact, and at the final task you have to use your mouse to click and drag components (which is what I was struggling with).
And that’s pretty much it! Everything past this point will have spoilers, so if you want to figure everything out for yourself feel free to click away now. The rest of this will showcase how to get all the achievements/endings as well as generally more info.
Item locations
Here I will tell you where you can find all the ingredients and notes in the game. The ingredients are necessary to make a dosage of medicine at the end and complete the game.
Reading the notes will tell you the story of the game, but it’s not necessary to complete it.
No first room you will find a Torn Shoe in a bathtub e um Note on the toilet in the far right, pressing E to read the note will also flush the toilet, which gives you an achievement.
No second room you will find another Note on a table e um bottle of Bleach on a second table.
No third room you will find a Note on a chair, uma bottle of Glue on a ledge, e Old Cheese under the bed.
After this you’ll want to move to the fourth room on the far right side of the main hallway. In there you’ll find the final Note on the couch e um Syringe on a long table.
You’ll also find a locked door, you’ll need to make a Dosage using the Syringe icon on the table in order to go through the door. (covered in next section).
There’s a person on the far right of the room, but they cannot be interacted with as far as I’m aware.
How to make doses and all dose combinations
After pressing E to interact com o Syringe on the table you will be shown a large box and frozen in place.
What you want to do is to click and drag two ingredients into this box, which will give you a coloured dosage based on what two ingredients you put in.
After you have your dosage, you can enter the door on the right and deliver the dosage.
Observação: Every single different dosage colour/ending gives you an achievement.
Usando o Torn Shoe and Bleach together will give you the Red Dosage, gaining you the “Helpful Ending”
Usando o Torn Shoe and Glue will give you the Yellow Dosage, gaining you the “Trolled Ending”
Usando o Torn Shoe and Old Cheese will give you the Dark Red Dosage, gaining you the “Bigger Ending”
Usando o Bleach and Glue will give you the Green Dosage, gaining you the “Wholesome Ending”
Usando o Bleach and Old Cheese will give you the Blue Dosage, gaining you the “Humane Ending”
Usando o Glue and Old Cheese will give you the Purple Dosage, gaining you the “Death Ending”
All Achievements
You will naturally get 7 do 8 achievements through reading the note/interacting with the toilet in the first room and making all the doses, para obter o final achievement all you have to do is click the text on the main menu prompting you to join their discord, you don’t have to actually join the server.
