I will explain in detail how to get all medals and ribbons in Hearts of Iron IV. You have to be Iron Man to get medals and ribbons.
Medals
Stalwart Defender
Successfully defend against a certain number of enemy attacks.
- You must let the enemy attack on you and defend your territory succesfully 2000 times to get gold medal. Select France and build land forts through the borders and let the Germans come!
Combat Efficiency
Destroy a certain number of divisions that suffer from the “Encircled” combat modifier
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, declare war on Poland, encircle their divisions and prank them. Do the same for Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, and Soviet Union. It will stack so you don’t have to worry, you just need more encirclements.
Turning the Tide
While at war, deploy a certain number of military divisions within a 48-hour window. Minimum division size: 5 battalions.
- Select Soviet Union, select military staff which reduces the division training time. Create a new template which has 5 infantry and deploy 40 of them under 48 hours during a war.
Sky Supplies
Have transport planes provide a certain amount supply to a region.
- Select any country, يملك 3000-4000 Transport planes and make sure they have 100% efficiency.
The Shield
Have a division reach a certain defensive bonus total.
- Get defensive land doctirine, select your preferred tactics as defensive, increase your defense in your division template, and support with naval and air in a battle. Select France, continue on the land doctirine and wait for the Germans.
Grand Encirclement
Surround a certain number of enemy divisions on one province.
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, declare war on Poland, encircle their 30 divisions in one province and tickle them. If you couldn’t, do it with France or Soviet Union. Make sure that the 30 division is in one province.
Lord of the Seas
Establish at least 75% Naval Supremacy in a certain number of contested sea regions.
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, do world conquest. Have many ships, release the weakest nation and declare war but do not invade. Lay mines around UK, نحن, اليابان, and Italy. After it is 100%, invade and release other mentioned countries. When United States has around 100 ships, declare war on all of them and select strike force for your navies.
Paradrop
Execute a paradrop battleplan using a certain number of paratrooper divisions. Minimum division size: 5 battalions.

Veterancy
Hava an army consist of a certain number of veteran divisions.
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, when you are at war with France, push through the Maginot line with 24 divisions till they become veterans.
Naval Invasion
Within 96 ساعات, execute naval invasion plans using a certain number of divisions. Minimum division size: 5 battalions.
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, invade Allies. Release Denmark and create 60 divisions with 5 infantry in the division template. Prepare the invasion to the closest province. Do NOT start the invasion process (DO NOT CLICK ON THE ARROW). When you declare war start the process.
Land Acquisition

Brains and Brute Force
Decipher a certain number of ciphers.
- Select Brazil and go only for intelligence agency, decipher all the South America, North America but Mexico and below, also some countries from Middle East and Asia. You must decipher 30 ciphers in total and do NOT use agents for deciphers. You must do from these regions because they do not go for intelligence agency for a long time.
I am Invevitable
Gain at least one province every week for a certain number of weeks.
- Start the game in 1939 and select Germany, declare war on Soviet Union and get minimum one province each week for 36 weeks (9 شهور) في المجموع.

Shoot down a certain number of planes within a 48-hour window.

- Select Germany, declare war on Soviet Union and get minimum 1.000.000 enemy casulties while your casulties are 200.000 (you can achieve this by letting them attack you). The ratio is 5:1.
Production is Power
Build a certain number of new Civilian or Military Factories

Gain over 50% naval supremacy from mines in a certain number of sea zones.
- Select United States, build navy and lay mines (minimum 50%) في 6 sea regions around Japan.
A Modern Verdun
Have a battle continue without interruption for a certain number of days.

Ribbons
1. Select Germany, declare war on Soviet Union and let them attack you for a while. After, attack them till you capitulate them.
2. Select Germany, take Netherlands and Belgium. Encircle Maginot line and kill them before you enter Paris.
3. Select France, complete land doctirine, get defensive bonuses from the officer corps and military staff.
4. Wait until you have 3 atomic bombs and deploy them at the same time.
1. Deploy 15 railway guns and support 15 different battles at the same time.
2. Have an army commander which has skill 1 and turn him to skill 5 by engaging in battles.

4. Execute naval invasion at the same time with 4 divisions and all must land to different provinces.

2. Have around 250-500 divisions and supply them using trucks. You can check how many trucks you are using in Logistics Fullfilment at the top, next to the Convoys (You have to use 5000 trucks in total).
3. Start as Italy, when you are at war in the beginning of the game, just use Scorched Earth button in one of your state.
4. Start as France, continue on your land doctrine, unlock Mechanized Offensive. Open the Officer Corps tab and select your Preferred Tactics as Elastic Defense.
