If you played the sequel of this game, you’re likely familiar with how to cast the rod. But what if you’re a player who is just getting started in Ultimate Fishing Simulator 2? Worry no more as this guide will tell you everything about casting the rod in Ultimate Fishing Simulator 2.
Casting the Rod
First, you need to take out a fishing rod using the keys 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (depending on the sets you have created – more on this in the equipment description.
The next thing you need to do is choose a place to fish and use a close or long cast:
- Right Mouse Button (RMB) – Short distance cast. A power bar will appear, which you can adjust by holding down the button and releasing it at the appropriate time.
- Left Mouse Button (LMB) – Long distance cast. A power bar will appear, which you can adjust by holding down the button and releasing it at the appropriate time.
After casting the rod, press the Left Mouse Button to close the bail.
If you hit an obstacle, you will see a message saying: «Rod cast incorrectly.»
