To get to the secret level you need after the FUN 🙂 level, in the lab, go to door 974 and take the bear and don’t put it on the stand next to the door, but go explore the lab until you come to the end of the lab. There will be a stand there for the toy, you will need to put it there. After that the secret wall next to you with the secret cassette will open.
