A short guide on getting this somewhat unobvious achievement.
Introduction
The presumably 100% achievement guide available does not seem to cover this particular achievement in detail. Bien que, if you do follow the walkthrough for every single step, maybe you will get all points, can’t say for sure. This achievement was the last one for me personally to 100% le jeu, so I did several extra Mari playthroughs and finally got this unlocked and have the number of points pretty much confirmed. So here they are, in case someone needs an insight.
Getting the achievement
General note: Martyr points are earned by Mari on a Roadtrip #3. She needs at least 10 points to be able to save her friends at the end of the game.
The maximum amount of points you can get is 19. At least I got the achievement with 19 points stacked in my Martyr Points Card.
Here is the breakdown:
Le mur, Jour 2. Dale gives you the Martyr Points Card at the end of the shift and adds 1 point for a successful job.

Le mur, Jour 2. Let Englishman Dave into the Wall and after the day ends, he will express his gratitude with 1 extra point.
—- Points: 2 —-
Le mur. Complete all Mapo quests to get A rating and 1 extra point. IMPORTANT! This extra point is not shown in the dialogue with the Mapo Delivery Robot, so it’s kinda awarded silently in the background. Took me another playthrough to find out where that damn point came from.

San Antonio, Jour 1. Successfully complete your first shift to get 1 point.
—- Points: 4 —-
San Antonio, Jour 1. Make sure to “deal with the agent correctly” on your first shift in order to get 1 extra point. Info about Martyr agents will be available in the next section, should you need to refresh your memory.

San Antonio, Jour 2. Successfully complete your second shift to get 1 point.

San Antonio, Jour 2. Make sure to “deal with the agent correctly” on your second shift in order to get 1 extra point.

Goaters Gas, Jour 1. At the day closing dialogue with Jorge, choisir “Attendre, one more thing.” option and give him the Salsa from your inventory. Cela vous accordera 2 extra points.

Goaters Gas, Jour 2. Solve a murder by blaming Bob the Cop to get 2 more points. IMPORTANT! Do not let Bob into the gas station during your shift, otherwise he will get rid of the body and you won’t get any points even if you guess the murderer correctly!

Goaters Gas. Complete all Mapo quests to get A rating and 1 extra point.

Orlando, Jour 1. Successfully complete your first shift to get 1 point.

The achievement then should unlock as soon as the results of the contest will be announced by Watcher on the Wall, The Emperor of Enforcement or just Dale.
Martyr Agents
Martyr Agents appear in San Antonio (one Agent on Day 1 + one Agent on Day 2) and at Goaters Gas (one Agent on Day 1 + one Agent on Day 2).
An Agent can be identified by their M shirt; aussi, an Agent can be both human or robot. Mari will always greet an Agent with a “Puis-je vous aider?” phrase and after a couple of dialogue lines the Agent will test you with Martyr commandment.
If the Agent says the correct phrase, give them a Martyr Mark and then process them normally (it doesn’t matter whether they get into the club or not). If the Agent says an incorrect phrase, simply process them normally. If you did well, you will get a corresponding message about “dealing with the agent correctly” et 1 Martyr Point at the end of day dialogue.
Here are the correct phrase combinations from the test you take right after entering the Martyr territory. Not sure whether all of them are used by Agents, but I will list all 10 just to be on the safe side.
