Appare-Ranman! is one of the newest anime series this spring 2020. The anime has been produced by P.A. Works Studio, the same production team who animated Fairy Gone, Sirius the Jaeger, もっと.
Masakazu Hashimoto is the original creator of Appare-Ranman manga, who is also the director behind the anime adaptation. The first two episodes of Appare-Ranman! anime have been aired on select platforms starting from March 21, 2020. その間, the regular broadcast of the anime series started on April 10, 2020.
Appare-Ranman! あらすじ
After a certain mishap, the brilliant but socially inept engineer Apare Sorano and the shrewd but cowardly samurai Kosame Isshiki find themselves drifting on a boat from Japan to America. Broke, the two decide to compete in the Trans-America Wild Race to win the prize and return to Japan. The two battle crazy rivals, 無法者, and the great outdoors itself as they race through the Wild West from the starting line in Los Angeles to the finish line in New York – in the steam-powered car they built.
