All achievements can be obtained before completing the final mission except Starcrossed. The 4 characters you can romance in the game are: Sarah Morgan, Sam Coe, Andreja, and Barrett. Your gender does not matter. It takes a majority of the game to max out a relationship. Choose one of them and stick with them throughout the entire game! Do all main story missions and faction missions with them. Only switch them out if you are forced to. The achievement section has a bit more detail on this.

Join the UC Vanguard
During mission 2, speak with Commander John Tuala in The Old Neighborhood during the objective “Talk to Sarah’s Contact”. If you missed this, you will automatically be given the objective “Speak to Commander Tuala about joining the Vanguard” in your quest log. Pick his first dialogue option to start “Supra Et Ultra”. Complete it and the following mission “Grunt Work” to unlock this achievement.
The Devils You Now

You will get this automatically as part of the UC Vanguard Faction questline. This is the 6th quest in this chain. See next achievement for complete list of quests. Each quest is obtained automatically after completing the previous quest in the chain.
A Legacy Forged

Join the Freestar Rangers
During Main Mission 03, The Empty Nest, you’ll be given the mission “Deputized”. It will appear in your quest log. Complete it for this achievement.
Surgical Strike

Back to the Grind
Join Ryujin Industries
During main mission 6, All That Money Can Buy, you’ll be given the mission “Back to the Grind”. Head to the Volii System, planet: Volii Alpha, and the landing site: Neon Core. Fast travel to the Neon Core and there will be a red dragon on the wall with the application terminal in front of it to your right. Następny, fill out the application form. Pick the choices that show you have the most job experience along with the good dialogue options. Complete the objectives and report back to the recruiter. The achievement will then unlock.

Rook Meets King
Join the Crimson Fleet
You must complete the UC Vanguard mission “Grunt Work”. After getting the achievement for joining UC Vanguard, you get the Crimson Fleet mission “Deep Cover”. Complete this mission and the following mission “Rook Meets King” za to osiągnięcie.

Reach for the Stars
Osiągnąć poziom 100 1. Set the game to Very Easy under Settings > Rozgrywka > Trudność. This will save you a lot of time. 2: Fast travel to System: Alpha Centauri > Landing Location: The Eye (next to Planet: Jemison). 3. Make a manual save if not going to NG+ after farming. You want to attack friendly spaceships. Keep one alive > destroy its engine > board it > kill the crew > fast travel to The Lodge > fast travel back to make the spaceships respawn. Do this until you reach level 100.
Ostrzeżenie: This should be the very last thing you do. This method will rack up a high bounty. If you return to New Atlantis, the bounty will almost certainly bankrupt you. You will also be put in jail and lose more xp than you earned from this farming method. You can go to NG+ after using this method to wipe your bounty. This is why you want to make a manual save you can load if not starting NG+
Another Bug Hunt

Free roam on a planet, open your scanner, and walk around until you see the “Placówka” prompt at the bottom of your screen turn white. You can now place an Outpost.
Shipping Magnate

Outposts can only be linked in pairs so you actually need 6. With your scanner open, przejdź do “Różnorodny” category and pick “Cargo Link”. Połączyć 3 pairs of outposts together and the achievement will unlock.

War of Angels
Zebrać 20 Quantum Essence
Quantum Essence is a unique resource dropped by “Starborn” oraz “Opiekun” wrogowie. You encounter them later in the story. Dostajesz 1 essence each time you defeat one of these enemies. You can get 10-15 total from doing the main story missions. For the remainder, you need to do temples. During the “Power from Beyond” linia zadań, guardian enemies will spawn. This automatically starts after main mission 5 “Into The Unknown”.

I Use Them For Smuggling
Successfully Smuggle Contraband
Before looking for contraband, you’ll want to install a “Shielded Cargo Hold” lub “Scan Jammer” in your spaceship. These can be bought from the Crimson Fleet service technician found in Star System: Kryx > Space Station: The Key.
You can also buy and upgrade the social skill “Deception”. At Rank 4 it gives a 50% chance to avoid detection when smuggling Contraband. This can be combined with a scan jammer and a shielded cargo hold.
The locations for contraband are random so you’ll have to find them by exploring. Contraband items have a yellow icon and are usually in well protected and hidden locations found at points of interest during planet exploration.
When you locate one, loot it and return to your ship. When you fast travel to a populated planet, there will be security scanning your spaceship for Contraband. This is where the upgrades come into play. If they don’t find the Cargo you will successfully smuggled it.
Cyber Jockey
Bypass 50 Digital Locks
Digital Locks are a form of lockpicking. Keep an eye out for locked doors and safes and you’ll get this by playing naturally.
Fixer
Kompletny 30 Activities
Activities are a type of mission in the quest log. You can track them under Menu > Misje > Activity.
Privateer
Kompletny 30 Terminal or Misc. Misje
Faction missions count towards this achievement so you’ll get this from doing all of them.
Jacked In
Dostęp 50 Computers
Computers are terminals that you can interact with. You can find them in enemy bases and in populated areas.
Replicator

The Family You Choose
Recruit 10 Separate Companions
You can recruit 7 companions during the main story automatically. They are: Andreja, Barrett, Heller, Lin, Sam Coe, Sarah Morgan, and Vasco. The remaining 3 companions can be recruited in bars, diners, and pubs.
Go to System: Alpha Centauri > Planet: Jemison > Landing Site: New Atlantis
Walk straight ahead until you reach the open area with the train station, turn left and enter the shop “The Viewport” and speak to some people inside.
Starcrossed
Reach Maximum Relationship Level with a Companion
The 4 characters you can romance in the game are: Sarah Morgan, Sam Coe, Andreja, and Barrett. Your gender does not matter.
It takes a majority of the game to max out a relationship. Choose one of them and stick with them throughout the entire game! Do all main story missions and faction missions with them. Only switch them out if you are forced to.
Relationship progression:
1. Traveling with the same companion, get Likes and keep talking to the companion whenever they want.
2. Complete their 1st Quest after a talk. Wybierz “flirt” lub “romans” opcje. This will make them your girlfriend or boyfriend at the end of the quest.
3. Keep traveling together. The companion will want to talk again. Wybierz “zobowiązanie” option to get engaged.
4. Keep traveling together until they give their 2nd quest to get married. Getting married completes the relationship and unlocks the achievement.
