The general idea behind the “Where Am I” achievement is to find a way to get out of bounds. There is no way to jump over the outside walls surrounding the buildings. Despite not looking too tall, the walls actually have hitboxes that extend infinitely high.
The trick here is to clip into the wall from a lower point. There’s one building near the fences that’s the most consistent place to do the trick.
Climb partway up the building until you’re hanging on from the bottom rung just above the window. Daqui, you can start shimmying to the right towards the wall. Continue going to the left as you hit the outer wall, and you’ll clip inside the outer wall.
Once your entire body is inside the wall, you can right click to drop down from the ledge. You’ll land inside the outer wall. If you rotate your camera, you should be able to see yourself standing in this “between zone”. You can how just walk towards the void and you’ll eventually fall through the floor. Fall for as long as you need to unlock the achievement.
