I recorded myself firing each weapon (multiple attempts for semiautomatic weapons), uploaded the videos to youtube (30 FPS), counted the frames, and used those to calculate fire rates and reload times. As a result, it is possible these numbers are ever so slightly off. However, it should be close enough to the real values for practical purposes (with the possible exception of the Pilum’s reload times, as it is difficult to tell when exactly the reload animation starts and my conclusion for that particular weapon was suitably bizarre as a result). I also threw out one Peacemaker attempt entirely because it was so bad.
So take these results for what you will.
