When you meet her for the first time in the Kyushu Region mission Deep In The Shadows.

I wanted to make this because she is one of the earliest bosses so people might struggle with her due to being new to the game still. Especially if you haven’t played other Souls-likes. If you can find a way to use it to your advantage this early in the game, she has a weakness to the Lightning element.
She inflicts Paralysis as a status effect so put on any of the best “Paralysis Omamori Charms” you own to reduce the duration it impacts you.
For the same reason having a shortcut for the “Antiparalytic Needle” to remove it if you get hit by the attack can help you get rid of it immediately.
In Combat
Feel free to use whatever weapon/stance you prefer, but I am writing this as a Katana user.
She will always start the fight by running at you, so dodge that first.
She has two different phases where she is either on the ground or flying in the air.
When she is on the ground she varies between:
EIN 2-3 hit melee combo where you can safely hit her atleast once after she finishes. Atleast when its the kick variant of it. Or an alternative combo using her parasol. Both are best to be waited out. You can hit her after the parasol one too, just make sure she’s done. Don’t try to go the blocking route even if they can also be blocked, because she will drain you out of your Ki. Unless you get accidentally caught in it of course, but try to avoid it.
Her paralysis blast, I usually use the voiceline she does before it to know when to dodge to the side. You can run upto her to hit her if you were close enough to her to make it. If you were too far away its better not to greed it. If you get hit by it and the Charms dont make it short enough you can use the “Antiparalytic Needles” to cure it.
If you are further away from her she can use a long range wing spin attack. This can be blocked and I found that to be the most reliable.
Later on in the fight she will reach forward to try to grab you, this happens very fast if she is close to you. You can roll out of it. And if not she will run towards you to do it. If she succeeds she will steal health from you and do a lot of damage. You can do damage if she missed you.
When she is flying she uses:
The same paralysis blast from earlier. Benutzen Sie die “Antiparalytic Needles” if you couldn’t roll out.
She also throws shurikens, but if you keep moving they usually miss you and don’t do a lot of damage even if you get hit by them on accident.
Once she is finished with this stage she can charge at you towards the ground so dodge out of the way of that. You can hit her after dodging.
