What to expect in Kimetsu no Yaiba Chapter 203?
As seen in Chapter 202, Tanjiro is still attacking his friends and comrades. Inosuke and the others tried to stop him but they failed due to their strength differences. However, things have changed after Nezuko jumped in and hugged his brother.
Giyu, who is in the same place, was shocked upon seeing Tanjiro’s reaction. While Nezuko’s blood is dripping in front of him, Tanjiro is not eating her sister. Obviously, it looks like Tanjiro is also fighting and doing his best to control himself.
Before things get messier, Kanao decides to use the last drug she received from her master. It was the same drug that cured Nezuko and turned her back into a human. Believing that it will also cure the demon, Kanao rushed towards Tanjiro and inject the drug. However, she failed to evade the demon’s attack and was hit in mid-air.
Nezuko screamed while crying upon seeing Kanao being hit by his brother. And at the same time, it seems that her cry reached Tanjiro’s heart. Will Tanjiro be able to get back his senses? Will he be able to control the new power entrusted to him by Muzan?

In the upcoming Chapter 203, we may see the effect of the drug on Tanjiro’s body. As seen in the last spread of the previous chapter, Tanjiro seems to stop doing anything. Leaving everyone with an emotionless face. The drug that was injected to him is the same as the drug used to cure Nezuko. However, the blood running on his veins is not just usual demon blood, it was the blood directly from Muzan.
The previous Demon Slayer manga chapter confirms that the injected drug didn’t work on Muzan. So, Tamayo needs to add something in case it didn’t work and this will also likely to happen to Tanjiro. But since there’s a strong siblings bond, there’s a chance Tanjiro may get back to his senses.
