– Spear and shield & axe, does not count in the proficiency total
– For faster proficiency, I recommend buying the item in sao shop for great effect of increasing proficiency
– Put difficulty to «Death game» and find a place to farm, for that time, it was deusoldort desert at the cactus areas
– Get all weapons (9 weapons from 1h to dual-wielding) to atleast 500, and focus on one of them 9 weapons getting 1000 proficiency (for e.G, dual-wielding 1000) so total would be 5000 proficiency
