– Spear and shield & axe, does not count in the proficiency total
– For faster proficiency, I recommend buying the item in sao shop for great effect of increasing proficiency
– Put difficulty to “Death game” and find a place to farm, for that time, it was deusoldort desert at the cactus areas
– Get all weapons (9 weapons from 1h to dual-wielding) to atleast 500, and focus on one of them 9 weapons getting 1000 proficiency (for e.G, dual-wielding 1000) so total would be 5000 proficiency

As you can see, if I total together with spears and shield & axe it would be more than 6000, but focus on the 9 weapons to total them 5000.
