This guide will be covering the steps on how and where you can find all the snow globe available in Fallout: New Vegas. If you’re one of the players trying to find the entire collection of the snow globe in Mojave wasteland, this guide is for you.
Fallout: New Vegas Snow Globe Locations
There’s a total of 11 snow globe available in the game right now. We will be separating each one of them to make the search easier.
First 7 Snow Globe Locations
The seven snow globes in the base game can be found at the following locations. The base ID for each globe is included in each entry, in case you need to add it through console commands. Note that once the console is opened and entered, achievements cannot be achieved until the game is restarted.
Goodsprings
The snow globe of Goodsprings can be found just north of Goodsprings in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Near the water tower is a rectangular gravestone with a globe leaning against it.
Hoover Dam
The snow globe of the Hoover Dam can be found inside the visitor center of the Hoover Dam, on top of one of the large desks, next to the terminal inside the center.
The Mormon Fort
The snow globe of the Mormon Fort is located in the western tower of the Old Mormon Fort, marked as the office of Julie Farkas. The globe is located at the top of the wooden bookcase
Mount Charleston
Mt. Charleston appears in a large lodge inside Jacobstown. The snow globe sits on the top of the large desk, near the lobby terminals, in the reception hall of the lodge.
Nellis Air Force Base
After dodging the Order and making your way to the Nellis Air Force Base, head to Pete’s Museum. The Snowglobe sits on the table on your right, as soon as you enter the museum.
Old Nuclear Test Site
The snow globe at the nuclear test site is actually located inside the Lucky 38. Once you have spoken to Mr. House, the snow globe can be found on the Casino floor of the Lucky 38. Located next to the green lamp and bar taps, the snowball is sitting behind the middle cash register.
The Vegas Strip
Located inside Vault 21, the snow globe is located inside the locked bedroom of Vault 21 manager Sarah Weintraub. Access to the room can be found either by pick-up Sarah from her room passcard or by passing a Lockpick skill of at least 50. The 7th snow globe is located between the two beds on a small table!
Remaining Snow Globe from DLC
The last four snow globes can be found in the downloadable content that can be added to the game. Each DLC has a globe in it.
The Sierra Madre (Dead Money)
Walking through the northern section of Salida Del Sol, finding the southernmost entrance to the southern half, go up a set of stairs to gain access to the western rooftops. There’s supposed to be a hole in the wall. The Sierra Madre Casino snow globe will be on top of a crate by a pile of desks.
Unlike other DLC globes, once you’ve finished the Dead Money DLC, this snow globe will be inaccessible. It’s important to grab this globe before completing the rest of the Gala Event Quest Line. Instead of snow, the Sierra Madre snow globe has a cloud that fits the DLC itself.
Zion National Park
The Zion General Store is located in the northwest of the Zion Valley. After disposing of hostile creatures, the Snow Globe of Zion Valley is found on the bottom shelf of the cabinet behind the cash register counter, which you found once you entered.
Big Mountain
Inside the Big MT, the X-17 Meteorological Station is home to the Big MT snow globe. The station is located in the northern part of the map, between the construction site, the Signal Hills transmitter and the X-22 Botanical Garden. Once you enter the X-17, follow the Higgs Village replica of the catwalk. The catwalk takes you to the test terminal. Opposite the entrance to the room, the snow globe sits on the top of the computer console.
The Lonesome Road
The Snow Globe for the Lonesome Road can be found at the rest stop at Junction 7. Found at the end of High Road, Junction 7 is near the west of the overpass. Inside the damaged building, the equally damaged snow globe can be found on the second floor of the shelf, under a sign of graffiti that says, “Give peace a chance!”
And that’s all of the 11 snow globes in Fallout: New Vegas. Once you’ve found all 11, congratulations on completing the entire collection of your Mojave Landmark Snow Globes Limited Edition! Each one is unique and fun to look at, giving you a total of 20,000 extra caps in your pocket! (Not to mention some 2,000 Sierra Madre Chips!)
