When you see a machine gun, get over it without losing your helmet, jumping or moving your head up, might help.

This can be gotten anytime in the game
Lune (œuf de Pâques)
- Just die and don’t press anything.
- Wait about 10 minutes.
- A minigame will start after the wait.
- You have to finish it to get the achievement.
