The most recent chapter of Boruto’s manga brought a dark truth about the Karma seal.
Since its introduction, Karma has been an element full of mysteries, which raises several questions about its real purpose.

Despite Naruto’s advice on the pills, Boruto didn’t hesitate for a second and put it inside. This attitude shocked his father, who shouted saying that Boruto should have been thinking beforehand.
Cependant, Boruto reveals that he has been preparing for the worst in relation to Karma. So he was ready to take the pills. It is an important revelation that shows that Naruto’s son, despite being a child, was already preparing for his own death.
