Step 1

1. Get a boat and drive over to the Jungle Island located in the top-right of the map.
2. I recommend going to the temple located near the middle of the island.
3. Go up the stairs and find a torch on each side of the doors’ wall. These torches will be used to thaw out the ice containing the Frozen Wobbly.

I also recommend using one of the green cars located at the bottom of the stairs and putting the torches in the back. It’s a good idea to grab two torches as spares in case one falls out of the car.

Step 2

1. Now, drive around the sand that surrounds the island until you see a boat.
2. Place your torches in the boat and drive over to the island at the top of the map.
3. On this island, you’ll notice a snowy area. Look above the snowy part of the mountain, and you’ll see a small brown wooden lift. It might be a bit difficult to spot, so head to the grassy area above the snowy mountain.

Step 3

1. Above the snowy mountain, you’ll find the lift that will take you to the Ice Cave where the Frozen Wobbly is located.
2. Make sure you have the torch in hand while using the lift. Be cautious as the game can be a bit buggy.
3. After reaching the top (the lift is a bit slow), you’ll see the entrance to a cave.
4. Enter the cave, and right by the entrance, you’ll see a Wobbly frozen in an ice wall.
5. Tap the ice with your torch, and a cutscene will play.
6. After the cutscene, you should receive a pop-up at the top of the screen stating that you have unlocked the Frozen Wobbly Clothes.
