As seen in the official details, you need to have a 64-bit operating system that is at least running an Intel i5 4750 environment. Whereas, an Intel i5 7600 is advised to smoothly run the game. The cheapest GPU where you can play Lake is Radeon HD 7950. But developer Gamious has recommended having an Nvidia GTX 970 or similar. The game also requires to have at least 8 GB of RAM. The higher the memory, the better the gaming experience.
