High Alchemist
Successfully create a useful item.
After making the Alchemist key, you will be required to make another creation. Just craft anything with the required ingredients that you see in the book and you will get this.
Note: Whatever you make will alter some events (some minor some not so minor) in the game.
Death by Minigame
Such a thing as too much.
You can do this after making the Alchemist Key, Just put every single ingredients on the circle to mix.
Invisible Ink
Write a secret message.
You’ll get this as you progress the game to the part where you’re asked to type something
No Deal
Reject the ultimatum.
On the choice with
Ardere, Decline.
Out of time!
No time to think!
Near the end if the game Let the timer run out. There is only 1 timed choice.
Elixir
Break the rules, save the day.
After making the Alchemist key, you will need to make the Restorative Elixir, you will be required to use this on the very last choice of this game
Flower Fallen
Complete the bad ending
There are 2 requirements to get the bad endings. You need to pick the choices that are the most distant with Ender and you need to make anything except the Restorative Elixir.
For choices:

Sedate her
Convince her
Choose the blue or pink potion
The Ball
The Knight
The Moonflower
Make an Alchemist’s Key – Click the book to know what you’ll need to use, it’s the only 3 ingredients you can make at this time
Make another creation based on the book except for the restorative elixir.
Agree (If you decline you achieve the No Deal achievement)
Pull Away
Leave without him
(any choice) or let the timer run out to achieve the:

Destroy the Moonflower
After this you can select any choice it will still result in this ending
Salvageable
Complete the Neutral ending
Hint: What differs this ending to the good ending is what you create in the 1st half of the game.
