As seen in the previous chapter, Luffy and the alliance is getting a new strong ally from the Whitebeard Pirates. This are Marco the Phoenix and Izo.
Unlike Marco, Izo is a former resident of Wano Country before becoming a member of the Whitebeard Pirates. Marco is the former 1st Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and with his presence in the Wano Arc, he will surely bring a huge help to Luffy and the others. Marco has a strong relationship with the Minks and knowing that his late captain trust Luffy, it’s not surprising to see him join the battle.
The chapter also revealed that Nekomamushi has also arrived in the Wano Country as he was seen amused by the falling ship while climbing the waterfall with Izo. The ship that was brought down was the ship of the Big Mom Pirates who are trying to climb again after being put down by King.
Meanwhile, at Onigashima, Kid and Luffy are still having a fight with Apoo. The other allies are silently infiltrating the island while Choppers group encountered Big Mom. The Yonko sees Chopper and knowing that the Straw Hat Pirates is the reason why they visit the Wano Country, there’s a chance that Big Mom may attack them.
