It’s been three years since the release of Pokemon GO and obviously, there are lots of changes happened in the game. New features, events, and Pokemon has been constantly popping out each month.
Right now, Niantic is releasing new Pokemon in Pokemon GO. These are the Generation 5 Pokemon and similar to the previous generation release, expect to see new regional Pokemon in the game. If you’re wondering what are the Generation 5 Regional Pokemon, check out the list below.
Generation 5 Regional Pokemon
For the 5th Generation, there are 5 Pokemon that will be region locked. These are:
- Asia-Pacific: Pansage
- Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and India: Pansear
- The Americas and Greenland: Panpour
- Western hemisphere: Heatmor
- Eastern hemisphere: Durant
Generation 5 Pokemon are coming to Pokemon GO on September 16th as one of the features of the Ultra Bonus Event – Week 3.
