Soundfall Achievement Walkthrough Guide

Achieving all the achievements in Soundfall can be quite challenging. However, it’s important to note that reaching a 100% completion rate may not be feasible, particularly when it comes to acquiring the Multiplatinum achievement. This achievement requires you to perform attacks flawlessly in sync with the music on all 140 levels of Lethal Intensity, without ever getting hit by any enemies. It is an extremely difficult task.

If your goal isn’t to obtain 100% completion, then you can still have a great time playing the game. Soundfall offers a thrilling and enjoyable experience overall. Just remember to pay attention to the Everyone Does Their Part and Song of Healing achievements. These particular achievements might require some dedicated effort and farming, especially if you haven’t started working towards them early in the game.

Fighting Achievements

Feeling the Beat

Defeat 50 Discordians with on-beat attacks

This achievement should be one of the first trophies you obtain. Simply defeat 50 enemies with well-timed attacks.

Beat It

Defeat 100 Discordians with on-beat Audio Blade attacks

Similar to the previous one, but this time, you’ll need to use the sword (which becomes available a few levels after the tutorial).

Serioso

Defeat 100,000 Discordians

After completing the story mode, I managed to eliminate 10,000 Discordians. Therefore, acquiring this achievement will require a significant amount of farming.

Weapons damaged

Equip a weapon (either a gun or a special instrument) with special damage capabilities and defeat enemies to unlock these achievements.

Adagio

Fully slow 25 Discordians with Serenade freeze

Unchained

Hit Discordians 100 times with Requiem chain lightning

Face-melting

Deal 1000 damage-over-time with Bolero burn

Laid to Rest

Defeat 25 Discordians with Nocturne detonation

Song of Healing

Heal 2000 Health using Minuet Lifesteal

I recommend using one of the special instruments, such as the axe or bow, for this achievement. It will be much faster since guns only yield 2 or 3 points at a time. Note that achieving this does not count if your health is at maximum.

Special Move

These achievements require unlocking every character in the game and their corresponding special instrument, which is automatically done through the story mode. Most of these can be accomplished during the stage where you acquire their instrument. If not, Stage 1.10 is a suitable place to do so—just wait until there are 5 or 10 enemies on the screen simultaneously.

Crowdsurfer

Defeat 10 Discordians simultaneously with Jaxon’s Stage Dive

Circle Pit

Hit 10 Discordians simultaneously with Brite’s Area Shield shockwave

Battle Record

Hit 5 Discordians simultaneously with Ky’s Scythe Toss

Precision Alignment

Defeat 5 Discordians with a single on-beat Audio Bow attack

It took me a moment to figure out this one. You need to equip a Bow with Requiem or Nocturne damage types (found in chests or purchasable at the shop). Once you have it, wait until you have 5 enemies close together on the screen and eliminate one of them. The remaining 4 will be automatically killed.

You don’t have to use the special attack, just press X

Mission Achivements

Band Together

Complete 10 missions with 2 or more players

You can combine this achievement with the Mixtape achievement, which works in local mode.

Mixtape

Complete 10 songs using the Free Play menu

Maxed Out

Reach Level 50

Everyone Does Their Part

Complete 25 missions with each hero

The story mode consists of 140 missions. If you play strategically, you can unlock this achievement without replaying any missions. Your progression will be visible once you’ve unlocked all 5 characters.

World Tour

Complete 20 missions in each environment

Don’t worry about this achievement until you finish the story mode. If you haven’t replayed any missions, you’ll need to redo 6 or 7 missions per world.

Encore

Complete all missions on Dangerous Intensity or higher

To unlock Dangerous Intensity, you must reach level 25, which means you’ll have to redo several entire worlds.

Extreme

Complete 5 missions on Extreme Intensity or higher

To unlock Extreme Intensity, you need to reach level 30 (completed Story Mode Level 31).

Lethal

Complete 5 missions on Lethal Intensity

You need to reach level 35 to unlock Lethal Intensity.

Second Encore

Complete all missions on Extreme Intensity or higher

Final Encore

Complete all missions on Lethal Intensity

Multiplatinum

Complete all missions with a Platinum ranking on Lethal Intensity

Is achieving Platinum ranking even possible? It requires executing every attack flawlessly on-beat across all levels.
