The Emulator Achievements Walkthrough

This is a complete achievement guide for The Emulator! It includes descriptions for the endings and walkthrough videos in case you need them! Please let me know if you need any help.

Overview

Welcome to my achievement guide for The Emulator! In my descriptions of the endings I have not gone in-depth describing the locations of keys or non ending specific items, I’ll mention them once here so as not to fill up the ending section with repetitive information!

Key items:

– The computer room key is found in Sarah’s bedroom upstairs in the drawer to the right of her bed.

– Once you unlock the computer room downstairs, make sure you pick up the screwdriver to your left next to the printer.

– The key to the study is found next to Sarah’s body just outside the front door.

– The upstairs key just labelled “key” is found in the upstairs bathroom behind the mirror. You’ll need to use the screwdriver to unlock the vent in the lounge room to gain access to the upstairs bathroom.

– The basement key is found in the study upstairs, it is in the bottom – middle cupboard on the left hand side.

Ending Achievements

HAPPY PALACE
Complete the laptop ending.

You’ll need to complete these steps for the laptop ending:

– Before spawning the Emulator grab the wifi password on the fridge.

– Once he’s started roaming grab the credit card from the master bedroom upstairs.

– Head into the basement pick up the fuse held in the hand of the dismembered arm then interact with the fuse box.

– Make your way back upstairs to the top floor and find the storage cupboard (It’s the room to the left of the grandfather clock). Inside the cupboard open the vent and interact with the laptop.

The Emulator has despawned and you can freely make your way to the front gate to unlock the ending.

TEDDY BEAR
Complete the ritual ending.

You’ll need to complete these steps for the ritual ending:

– Before spawning the Emulator grab the lighter on the kitchen bench.

– In the bedroom with 2 beds grab the Necrobook on the middle table.

– Once the Emulator is roaming, head back to the front door and on Sarah’s body interact with her head to pick up a lock of hair.

– In the vent that connects the lounge room to the downstairs bathroom pick up the candles.

– Head down to the basement, along the back left of the basement there is a hole with a plank of plywood next to it, head inside and pick up the spray paint.

– Also in the basement open the vent and interact with the teddy bear

The Emulator has despawned and you can freely make your way to the front gate to unlock the ending.

THE QUEEN
Complete the altar/emulator queen ending.

You’ll need to complete these steps for the altar/emulator queen ending:

– In the basement unlock the vent with the teddy bear from the ending above and pick up the lock pick to the left.

– Head upstairs to the master bedroom and use the lock pick to unlock the safe, pick up the grandfather clock key.

– The grandfather clock is at the end of the upstairs hallway use the key to unlock it and pick up the garage key.

– Make your way out to the backyard, located on the right hand side of the house and enter the garage, inside the garage pick up the crowbar, underneath the crowbar in the middle drawer pick up the “strange object”.

– Head down to the basement and follow the left wall until you find you reach a boarded up door, use the crowbar to remove the planks and enter.

– Follow the tunnel, turn left and interact with the lock, opening the door.

– Now inside the altar room you’ll be tasked with finding the bodies of; Sarah, her brother, and her mother.

– Sarah is found outside the front door, her brother is in the computer room downstairs, and her mother is in the master bedroom upstairs.

– Grab each body one by one and bring them to the altar room, placing each body on the corresponding altar.

– After you’ve completed this step a cutscene will play, pick up the sword offered to you.

– This last bit is quite tricky. You’ll need to make your way to the backyard at the back of the house, it’s through the door next to the basement entrance. There is a secret door in the backyard only accessible while being chased by the Emulator, this means you’ll need to bait him to follow you out to the backyard, then while still in chase enter the revealed blood red door.

– Finally in this last area follow the path forward and interact with the red mass.

THE NEIGHBOR
Complete the neighbor ending.

You’ll need to complete these steps to unlock the neighbor ending:

**This ending is similar to the one above, so I’ve copied a few steps.

– Make your way out to the backyard, located on the right hand side of the house and enter the garage, inside the garage pick up the crowbar.

– Head down to the basement and follow the left wall until you find you reach a boarded up door, use the crowbar to remove the planks and enter.

– Follow the tunnel, turning right then continue forward until you reach a gate, interact with the right side of the gate to open it, then continue on, open a vent and keep going until you reach the neighbors house and the cutscene plays.

CONCLUSE
Complete the Concluse ending.

You’ll need to complete these steps to unlock the Concluse ending:

– Before the Emulator has spawned, in the unlocked guest bedroom upstairs pick up the Concluse game disc on the left hand wardrobe.

– Once the Emulator is roaming head into the basement, pick up the fuse and place it in the fuse box.

– While still in the basement, to the right of the fuse box in a small cutout pick up the game controller.

– Return back upstairs to the bedroom where we found the game disc and interact with the playstation, you’ll be transported to the subway from Concluse where you’re no longer pursued by the Emulator.

– Head up the stairs and across to the other side of the room where you can make your way down a different set of stairs, at the bottom of the stairs turn back around and follow the platform. Behind the stairs we just came from, on your left will be a vent which you can unscrew and enter.

– Inside this vent continue forward through a dark hallway and unscrew another vent located on the floor, inside this room pick up the pistol and return back through the subway to the first platform where we spawned. Interact with the yellow gem and you’ll be returned to the house.

– Once you’re back in the house return to the front door for the final cutscene.

No Hit Mode Achievements

**These achievements are currently bugged and should be fixed hopefully soon.

All of the One Hit Mode endings are the same as their normal difficulty counterparts. They are not as difficult to unlock as they may seem at first. Use the vents to your advantage, take corners slowly, and be mindful to keep an eye out for objects in spots they aren’t normally. The Emulator spawns around the house randomly teleports periodically.

This achievement is unlocked by finding the Emulator note in the garage. It’s on the other side of the table from the crowbar. You’ll need the crowbar while completing the Neighbor ending so just follow the Neighbor ending section if you need help locating the garage key.

Place the proper bodies on all three pedestals.

This achievement is unmissable, you will unlock it while going for the altar/emulator queen ending. You can only place the bodies on the correct pedestals so there’s no room for error.
