This guide will be covering all the cheat codes that you can use in The Sims 4 Vampires DLC. If you’re one of the players who want to get a certain amount of resources, try new things, and more, this one is for you.
The Sims 4 Vampires DLC Cheat Codes
Before we start, please note that you can only use the following cheat codes by entering them on the Cheat Console. To open the Cheat Console, simply press the Ctrl + Shift + C combo on your computer.
Become Vampire or Cure Vampirism
- stats.set_stat commodity_BecomingVampire 2160 – Allows your Sim to undergo the natural transition from human to vampire.
- traits.equip_trait trait_OccultVampire – Lets you turn your Sim into a vampire immediately, granted you’re not a fan of waiting.
- traits.remove_trait trait_OccultVampire – Immediately undoes your Sim’s vampirism, causing them to become human once again.
Vampire Rank
- stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 202 – Allows your Sim to become a Minor Vampire.
- stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 630 – Allows your Sim to become a Prime Vampire.
- stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1058 – Allows your Sim to become a Master Vampire.
- stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1486 – Allows your Sim to become a Grand Master Vampire.
- stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593 – Maxes out the rank bar and gives you +2 bonus vampire points each time you enter this code
Skill and Trait Cheats
- stats.set_skill_level VampireLore 15 – Maxes out the Vampire Lore skill, and is useful for when you want to know everything about vampires immediately. sigh… If only real life had an “Instant Knowledge” cheat…
- stats.set_skill_level Major_PipeOrgan 10 – Maxes out the Pipe Organ skill. Now you can play Johann Sebastian Bach’s “Toccata and Fugue in D Minor” like a professional!
- traits.equip_trait RegainedHumanity – Self-explanatory, as it makes vampire Sims seem more friendly and approachable, and human Sims will be more likely to give such a vampire permission to Drink.
- traits.equip_trait TheMaster – Grants supernatural control. Command Powers used on Vampire Offspring always succeed.
- traits.equip_trait TrueMaster – Allows a vampire Sim to not only excel at Mind Control Powers but also gives them greater stores of Vampire Energy to call upon.
Vampire Deaths
- traits.equip_trait Vampire_Sun – Instantly turns your Sim into a ghost with the implication that they were killed by the Sun’s harmful rays. This works on both vampire and normal Sims.
- stats.set_stat commodity_Vampire_SunExposure -100 – Harness the power of the Sun to burn your vampire Sim to a crisp.
Vampire Powers
To unlock vampire powers for your vampire Sim, you can type “bucks.unlock_perk {perkname} true” into the command bar, but it may not show up properly in your powers panel.
The correct way requires you to use the full command, including getting your Sim’s ID using the sims.get_sim_id_by_name cheat.
Though you should keep in mind that some powers cancel out weaknesses and vice versa. For example, if you have “Sun Resistance” as a power, you will not be able to have “Thin Skinned” as a weakness.

As I mentioned earlier, the “bucks.unlock_perk {perkname} true” cheat may not always work. Assuming that’s the case, you could always copy and paste “stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593” to give you 2 additional perk points every time you activate it.
If you’d like to reset your vampire Sim’s powers, you’ll first need your Sim’s ID number, which you can find with this code:
- sims.get_sim_id_by_name {Firstname} {Lastname}
Obviously, you’re going to want to substitute “Firstname” for your Sim’s first name, and “Lastname” for their last name. {simID} is the ID of the sim you want to reset.
- bucks.lock_all_perks_for_bucks_type 40962 {simID} false – Removes your vampire Sim’s weaknesses but keeps the rest of their Vampire Powers.
- bucks.lock_all_perks_for_bucks_type 40961 {simID} true – Lets you refund vampire power points and start from scratch, so to speak.
