If my screenshots and descriptions dont help you, i recommend finding the necessary parts in the Full Achievement Graven Playthrough of “Finsompi”.
Orthogonal Note 1
Note 1 can be found inside the Clotted Avenue. The area can be reached after swimming through a moat and using a key on the locked door, leading to the houses shown below.
The green crystal for the staff is required to open the front door.
Climb the ladder halfway and you will find the book next to the bed .
Orthogonal Note 2
Note 2 is inside the Clotted Avenue. It can be reached by following the path from the area of Note 1. If available it is quicker to backtrack via the locked skull door, following the stairs behind the barricades on the left side of the screenshot.
Follow the stairs on the crosshair.

Orthogonal Note 3
Note 3 can be found in Cruxfirth Inn, which is a shortcut leading from the Archive to Cruxfirth.

Note 4 is near the end of the Archive. Shortly before leaving towards Black House Bog, you will encounter the chest shown in the screenshot.
