You want more health? More Mana? More Stamina? An ability to use some cool weapons? Or simply more power? This guide is a simple explanation to how complete White Mask Varre’s quest, which unlocks the farm itself.
Step one: Maidenless dude vs a homeless man
This dude, right there, is Varre himself. I hope you didn’t beat him to death after he insulted you, since he has one, if not the best sidequest in the game. What is the first step?
Beat Godrick the Grafted and by extension Margit the fell.
If you already erased them from existance then skip to step two, and if you are struggling with them, then i have some tips and stuff
Step one and a half: Big dragon and some other things
The big dragon I’m referring to is Greyoll, you can kill her for free (she doesn’t fight back) and she gives you 100k runes! But first you have to go get some feet to put in your mouth.
Follow the line and jump off the cliff, don’t worry, there’s a spiritspring, theres a Gold-Pickled Foul Foot (+20% runes for 3 minutes)
Next head on to the Third Church of Marika (map btw)
Then go to a teleporter hidden behind the church in the pond (or smth idc)
Then go to Fort Faroth
When you teleport You will see a big door, inside is a grace. Btw theres a big dragon on the big bridge but you can just ride past the dragon. Follow the line and go behind the big golden tree, theres a spiritspring there. After jumping You will see the fort itself and a grace next to the entrance.
You have to loot it to get the Half of the Dectus medalion and a really good talisman
Radagon’s Soreseal (+5 to vig, end, str, and dex)
To get to the talisman you have to go where i shown.
Now theres a trick, after going forward for a bit you have to turn 180° and jump around the wall labeled in blue to a platform labeled in pink, continue forward and jump in a hole, then the Soreseal is yours!
Now wait! Do You have a bleed weapon? If not go there:
Soreseal should give you stats required to use it.
(or you can just use a samurai class witch starts with it)
Now go back to the fort and you probably saw the massive white dragon.
Your job is to stab it to death (your dmg will be low but bleed is percentage based so it will carry you) just don’t forget to eat some feet for more money.
You will then earn a lot of money, more than enough to kill Margit and arguably easier Godrick.
Step Two: The quest itself
First of all, go talk to the old lady near the fingers in the roundtable
Then go to Varre and tell him that fingers were weird and then talk to him again to get 5 festering bloody fingers
Next you have 2 choices: use the fingers normally and invade 3 people (you don’t have to win to progress, so you can die and just do it again) or if you dont want to play online/wait 15 or so minues go there:
(You also have to die 3 times to the npc to progress)
Then go to Varre again and get the next item, to proceed you have to kill a maiden, or take blood of a dead one, the easiest and the one you should do (unless you are doing a frenzied flame build) is Irina
The other one is here but its harder to get
Now you can finish the quest by going to Varre, losing your finger and then talk to him again to get the Pureblood Knight’s Medal.
Step three: The farm itself
If you use the medal, you teleport to Moghwyn Palace, go up the stairs to get the map, and up anotheir step to find the grace.
Now for the hard part
You have to go on this root, but make sure to go as close to left cliff as you can so the high level enemies won’t spawn.
(For the rest of the guide you CANNOT unmount or you will have to warp back to a grace)
Now for the hardest part of this whole guide, go on the root marked in red, start sprinting and double jump to the small rock marked in pink, and then double jump to the ledge, it might take some practice but if you can do it you are mostly done.

The very last step is to sprint, double jump and start swinging your weapon, DO NOT STOP SWINGING!
After 2-3 minutes you will get approximately 100k runes!!!
After getting the runes teleport to any grace and that’s all.
