Item overview
Buzz Kill
Hit 5 enemies from one Crystalized enemy
As far as I know it doesn’t work on “already crystalyzed enemies”. You have to crystalyze one yourself using the secondary fire of the “Crystalyzer”. Do that to one in a hoard of undead, then hit that enemy and watch the laser spread.
Total Masscare
Kill 5000 enemies
Either grind it or have fun making a couple of runs.
Bone Idol
Kill 10 enemies with the Visious Animus turrets
If you use Visious Animus every now and then, you will get this during 1 run.
Shock Tactitcs
Kill 10 enemies with one Shockwave
During the later levels there are several spots where you can do this. Equipe Shockwave, let a lot of enemies rush/suround you and activate Shockwave.
Grounded
Kill 3 flying enemies with one Void Granade
The Void Granade has a quite far reach. Can be done in almost any spot that has enough flying enemies. I don’t know if it counts when you also “kill other enemies including 3 flying ones” since I got it in a spot that only spawns flying enemies.
Scattershot
Kill multiple enemies with one shot of the Shotgun’s secondary fire
Can be done in any narrow corridor/room with enough enemies in it. If you want to make sure, hit every enemy once with revolver, then secondary fire of the shotgun into that corriodor/room.
Purple Haze
Kill 10 enemies with Confounding Attars
This is such a great item, especially on higher difficulties. Whenever there are a lot of enemies, just use it and you will get this one rather quickly.
Naked and Savage
Kill an enemy while at 1 health, without the Cruel Aegis
Lower your health to 1 and make a kill. You can of course also get it “by accident” just playing.
Friendly Fire
Kill a Wretch with another Wretch explosion
Wretches explode when you kill them ,unless you do too much up close damage with e.g.: the shotgun. Preferable done in narrow rooms/corridors. Believe me, you will get it by just playing.
Minelayer
Kill an enemy with a planted Cyst
Shoot Cyst on the ground and let an enemy walk close to/over it. Best done with an Undead you hit once with the revolver so it is guarantied that it will die from 1 Cyst explosion. The chance to get this just playing is very high.
Slash and Dash
Kill 100 enemies with the Blade of Ruination
Not much to tell here. You will probably use the Blade plenty anyway so getting it should not be too hard.

Find all secrets in Wrath

Secrets of The Domain

The One and Only
Find the only underlift secret in WRATH
A speficic secret that you need to find in the level “The Watchtowers”.

Crystal Cave
Find the Crystallizer beneath the Crystal Dunes
A specific secret that you need to find. At a certain spot, there is a hole in the ground in the water. You need to dive through there to get to the “Crystallizer”.
Secrets of the Vale
Found all the secrets in the Mourningvale
You will get this after finding all secrets in the hub and all its levels. Various guides available if you don’t want to search yourself.
Thick as Thieves
Find they keyhole secret in the Mire
A specific secret that you need to find. Sorry but I just can’t remember what it is.
Passing of the Torch
Find the set of dark armor from the previous Outlander
A speficic secret that you need to find in the starting level “The Isle of the Dead”. At this spot follow as describeds for a key and a secret crate which contains said dark armor set.
No Stone Unturned.
Find all secrets in one map
Self explanatory and you will most likley get it after first map “The Isle of the Dead”.
Lifesave
Use 10 Soul Tethers
Those are your “manual saves”. There are plenty in the game, just use them.
Desecration
Destroy all the statues in the Shadow Pantheon
There are many statues in the mentioned level. You will know which ones, trust me. Destroy them all. If you are having troubles with this one, there is one really not so obvious statue in the slime pool in front of the red door. It looks like crumbles from an already destroyed statue but is not. It is a whole statue.
Stop Staring
Shoot all the eyes in the Blood Pits
You will know the eyes when you see them. If you are having troubles with this one, there is one eye that is not as close to the others.
Other Achievements
Harvester
Collect 100 souls with the Mace of Devestation
A weapon you will get during the game. It smashes enemies and makes their souls appear. The weapon itself will absrob the souls. That is what is meant with “collect”.
There is a max amount of sould the Mace can collect. If it is “full” you have to use its secondary fire and then collect again. You have to have the Mace equipped to collect the souls.
Since the secondary fire is pretty useful you will get this one without trouble playing the game.
Rampage
Deal 40000 damage with 1 Flask of Rage
For this one you need a good spot with a lot of enemies and also a good mix of light and heavy enemies, a fully loaded Mace and 1 Flask of Rage. If you found a spot, spawn all enemies, activate Flask and blast away. Start with the secondary fire of the Mace and then depending on available enemies use as many heavy weapons on them as possible. It is about damage.
Steam
Shut off the factory pipes in the Rending Chambers
A speficic secret that you need to find that has a wheel in it you can turn to shut off the pipes.
Firewalker
Stay in lava for 10 sec.
Can be done in any spot with lava and is savest done using Cruel Aegis. Find a spot, equipe Cruel Aegis and jump in lava. Take a little damage and then activate Aegis. You should get it while Aegis is running out.
Worlds within Wirls
Start up the Orrery in the Watchtowers
As the achievement says, there is an Orrery in the level Watchtowers. There is a switch close to it that you can use to start it up.
Treasure Hunter
Open half the coffers in WRATH
Self explanatory. Find half the coffer crates in the game.
Cannoneer
Cannonjump with the Slag Canon
It’s a rocket jump just with the Slag Canon. Need to use secondary fire for it to work.
Heart Attack
Heal 1000 lifeblood with Life Siphons
Equipe Life Siphons and kill enemies. If you have healed yourself for 1000 health, achievement will pop.
Bounceback
Deflect 100 projectiles with the Orbs of Deflection
Pretty usefull item in certain situations. Since there are many enemies that shoot projectiles at you, just use Orbs every now and then and you will get it.
Iorn Lungs
Stay underwater for 80 sec.
Probably best done with 2 Drowners Apperatus available. Otherwise you take a litte too much damage. Look for some water, equipe and dive in. Stay in until you start loosing health and activate. Let it run out and hit the next one. Should get it while 2nd one is running out.
Kickstarter
Kick 100 heads
There is no “actively kicking” heads, it will happen when you run around.
Treasure Hoarder
Open all the coffers in WRATH
Self explanatory. Find all coffer crates.
Outlander
Beat WRATH on Outlander difficulty
Outlander difficutly gets unlocked when you have beaten the game once, no matter which dfifficutly. Have fun!
The Scribe
Collect all the notes in WRATH
Self explanatory.
I recommend doing the following 3 on easy difficutly.
Untouched
Defeat the Lady of Ascension without taking damage
You can of course dodge every attack but I recommend using some items. I did this with a follow up combination of “Cruel Aegis” (ground floor) and “Orbs of Defelection” (frist floor). Even on easy you will probably have to go up 1 floor for ammo, keep that in mind.
Time Dilation
Defeat the Lord of Etherion within 3 minutes
What I can’t tell for sure is, when the time starts to count but I think it is when you use the switch. Be as fast as possible during the “3 switches phase” and then spam “Rage” with heavy weapons to get it done fast.
Close and Personal
Defeat the Dreadful One using only the Blade and Mace
The sigil is there for a reason. Use it all the time. For “red orbs” use secondary fire of Mace. The rest should be clear.
