One of the enemies that you will face while exploring the world of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening are the enemies with electric powers. But how can you actually defeat an electric opponent? Here’s how you can do it.
Unfortunately, your sword won’t deal any damage to an electric enemy. If you hit them with your sword, you will be electrocuted. You can just avoid them but you can’t do that forever.
There are few ways to kill the electric enemies, but I am giving you the best and proper way to easily take them down. The first method is by using a magic powder. There are few ways to get some Magic Powder (check this link), but in this guide, we will be using the Magic Powder from the Witch. In order to get a magic powder from the witch, you need to give her a mushroom that can be found within the Mysterious Forest.
Once you already acquired the magic powder, the next thing you have to do is equip it. Use the item to the enemies and once activated, the electric enemies will be disoriented where you can attack him with a sword to deal some damage.
Another way to kill electric enemy is by using ranged weapons such as bow and arrows. You can also use some Hookshot and boomerang to stun the enemy, which will allow you to deal damage using a sword without being electrified.
