Splitgate, a free-to-play shooter from 1047 Games, will be released for consoles in late July. The game is currently available on PC in a free-to-play format, with built-in aesthetic micro-transactions. Splitgate’s mechanics, which use the placement of portals around the arena in a PvP environment similar to Halo, are the game’s highlight.
Splitgate will be available for free on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One on July 27, with full cross-platform support.
