A guide detailing a way of getting all achievements in the game. The achievements will be splitted into chapters, regarding where it is best to get them.
Introduction
Chapter 1
I Live Again
Complete tutorial.
Play the game until you reach the Shaman.
Serial Headshotter
Kill 5 enemies in a row with headshots.
Use whatever type of firearm (bow, pistol, shotgun, ect) and get 5 headshots in a row.
I’d like to keep it on
Kill a Prodigal Daughter with headshot without removing her mask.
Shoot Prodigal Daughter in the back of the head.
It will be easier if you sneak up on her and get close.
Headhunter
Kill 100 enemies with headshots.
Just kill 100 enemies with headshots by using any firearms..
Blood Money
Complete Jim’s quest.
The second time you talk to Jim Hopper, he will ask you to get an item (Shot Coin). Accept it and go to the mark location. When you picked it up, next time you talk to Jim Hooper he will ask you to give it back, do it.
Shouldn’t have peeked
Headshot a Half-Risen Dead while it’s still in its coffin
You can sneak up close to them, stand infront of them and shoot through the small crack in the middle of the coffin and get a headshot.
You can easily sneak up on them and get close since they can’t see that well, and hear you that well.
Gotta catch’em all
Collect all Cursed items in Chapter 1.
The first cursed item you gonna have to get is Gold Chalice, which is under the church.
The second cursed item you gonna have to get is Gold Skull, which can be found instide of one of the houses in Fort.
The third currsed item you gonna have to get is Gold Nugget, which can be found inside one of the cave in Mine. (The Totem will tell you that you can fight the boss, but you can still get the last item in Burial Site.
The fourth cursed item you gonna have to get is Ceremonial Dagger, which can be found in Burial Site.
The Fifth cursed item you gonna have to get is Cilded Cauldron, which can be found under the barn in Farm.
The sixth cursed item you gonna haveto get is Sheriff Star, which can be found on a skeleton down in Canyon.
Bloody Roots
Defeat the final boss of Chapter 1.
Go to the entrance and interact with the door and it will open up. Go through the cave and reach the end. There you will find the boss and fight it.
You can also take another way inside of the cave where you can weaken the boss before the fight starts. Go to the left instead of the right when you see the boss room.
Jump down the hole
and continue through the path and shoot the red orbs. Do that till you reach the bottom floor and interact with the blue skull where it will teleport you inside of the boss room.
Pondering my orbs
Kill Chapter 1 boss without destroying any of the orbs.
For this one you just have to fight the boss by shooting at it’s core, and not the orbs around it or the ones inside of the cave.
Spike Dancer
Kill Chapter 1 final boss without taking damage from the spikes.
For this one you just have to kill the boss without taking damage from the spikes. You can avoid them or/and use Green Snake, this potion give you total resistance against physical attacks for 15 seconds. You will not take any damage from the spikes if you were to get hit by them.
For this one you can shoot the red orbs to make it weaker before the fight.
Trial by Roots
Complete Chapter 1 without dying.
Just don’t die bro… Zero Death.
Chapter 2
Masked Mystery
Meet Anabelle.
You’ll meet Anabelle at the start of Chapter 2.
Man of the Cloth
Meet the Priest.
After you found the Priest at the top of the building. You will need to go all the way down, to the bottom of Fort and collect the Copper Distiller.
Voodoo Daughter
Meet Twen.
Twen is underneath the ground, make your way to Twen and talk. Twen will ask you to find Twen’s Doll. Once you find it give it to Twen.
Undead, meet The Undead
Meet the Undead
When the Priest and Twen has joined the camp/safe zone. You will be asked to bring Undead back to life. For that to happend you’ll need to go and collect 3 items.
The Undead’s Revolver can be found west from the Cultists’ Cave.
The Coffin (Which you need a key for to open up) can be found south-west on the minimap. Inside of the coffin is a skull, The Undead’s Head.
The Undead’s Hat can be found up inside of a house in Alligator Farm.
Romance ain’t dead, It’s just me
Give Anabelle her favorite flower.
After you have gotten the Priest and Twen to the safe zone/camp. You can now give Anabelle her favorite flower. Go to the left side of Sawmill. Next to the burning house, there should be a purple flower you can pick it. Pick it up and just give it to Anabelle.
For Whom the Bell Tolls?
Decide who receives the cure.
Go to the bottom right of the Alligator farm (the green arrow on the map under), pick up the cure bottle and either give it to Anabelle or the Priest.
Wilhelm Scream
Survive a fall that last at least 2 seconds.
You can get it by climbing up on this thing and jump down. I would recommand having 150+HP when doing this. You can also drink the Rose Bonbon to increase your maximum HP by 30%
Big Bada Boom
Kill 5 enemies with a single dynamite.
Come to this place and throw a dynamite in the middle. There will be like 8 of them. They can’t get up from the pit so your will be safe.
Tomahawk Expert
Headshot and kill 10 enemies in a row using tomahawks.
You can go down to Cultists Cave and find the Four Winds tomahawk. Four Winds tomahawk doesn’t require ammunition, in other words it will spawn back in your hand once you throw it. Once you get this tomahawk, you can throw it and try to headshot 10 enemies. I recommend the dogs and the alligators.
Personal coach
Tire Skin Collector at least 3 times during single fight.
Start a chase with Skin Collector, and run away from it. After awhile it will tire out and stop to catch it breath. Continue that 2 more times.
The bush is moving!
Kill a Vendigo while being under negative influence of alcohol.
When killing the Vendigo while having influence of alcohol, it will be easier to aim with ranged weapon if you have leveled up the perk High Tolerance.
Drunken Brawl
Kill 50 enemies while being under negative influence of alchohol.
Would be smart to pick up the perk so it would be easier to kill enemies while having the negative influence of alchohol. (Also, aslong as you have the buff of the alchohol, it counts as a kill. You don’t need the drunk effect, just the buff from an alchohol).
Explosive Soul
Kill a Spirit using dynamite.
Either… throw a dynamite next to a spirit low to the ground and hope for the best, or start a fight with it and try to time the dynamite to blow up under/next to the spirit.
Love is a burning thing
Kill 50 enemies using fire.
Go around and throw Molotov Cocktail against enemies, and use flammable bullets against enemies and let them burn up. (The red ammo boxes).
Alvaro’s friend
Discover Alvaro in Chapter 2.
Giant From Beyond
Defeat the final boss of Chapter 2.
To weaken the Giant boss, you need to gather a few items: Giant Leech, a Rougarou’s Tongue, Cultist’s teeth, and a water lily known as Angel’s Halo. All of these 4 items needs to be in your inventry while your talking to Undead.
Have a Molotov Cocktail and throw it at the campfire. It will sparkle blue flame, the Cursed Giant will take 10% more damage.
Trail by Tentacles
Complete Chapter 2 without dying.
Just don’t die bro… Zero Death… Again.
Chapter 3
Alvaro’s best friend
Discover Alvaro in Chapter 3.
Price of science
Complete Doctor’s quest.
You will start your quest with the Doctor once you helped Undead find Way of the Spirit item. You will be requested to find the Doctors cave. (It will also be marked on your map).
When you find the cave, just walk in and talk to the Doctor. Get through his dialog, he will ask you to get an item for him, he will ask you to get a Demon Skin he calls it. The items name is Demonic Skin.
You can get the Demonic Skin by killing the Demon.
Once you found the Demonic Skin, go back to the Doctor and tell him what you got. After you given the item to him, he will give it back to you. But it will have the name Salamander. It reduces damage from Demonic Vapors by 80%.
The item cannot be sold.
After you get the item Salamander back, a new marker will appear on your map. Your supposed to make your way all the way down to collect a new item, Phylactery. It’s a quest item so it wont fill up your inventry. The item will be next to a giant skeleton. (Also, there will be red arrows on the walls to tell you where to go next).
All the steps here and up are storybased. The one after this is optional AND is the step to get the achivement.
When you have returned to the Doctor after finding Phylactery, he will ask you to go to the mountains and find something. Go to the bottom left of Sawmill and pick up the Monocle.
This questline is the only one which is not storybased.
Skin Dancer
Complete Boo Hag’s quest.
Boo Hag’s quest will be available after a short while when you found the Phylactery. Boo Hag will be located in the safe zone next to Undead. When you talk to her. Accept the quest.
When you have accepted the quest. A new marker will have appeared on your map. Go directly to the marked location. There will be a burned house there with a ladder leading down. Climb down and pick up Human Skin. (There will be no enemies down there).
Old Friend, New Enemy
Defeat the final boss of Chapter 3.
After doing the main storyline. The Undead will tell you to check out a mountain side. Go there and interact with the statues, after u interacted with the statues the missing parts will be marked on the map on where they could be found. Once you collected all of them, place them out in front of the statues. When you done that the boss door will open up. You only have to prepare for the boss fight, no enemies will be in the way. Once you walked through/up the mountain inside. Interact with the teleporter, and you will be teleported into the boss room.
I recommend range weapons. Hunting rifle, pistol or a shotgun.
Trial by Fire
Complete Chapter 3 without dying.
The last task, good luck.
Chapter 1 – 3
I’m Perfect the way I am
Complete any Chapter with at least 4 active curses.
Basically you will be needing 4 out of these 5 active curses while taking a boss.
BUT! You could take down the boss at chapter 2 and then stack up on the active curses before you talk to the Undead about going into chapter 3.
