Now, going back to the main topic, Naruto’s new form name has officially been revealed. As seen in Chapter 52 of Boruto manga series, Baryon Mode is the new form that Naruto and Kurama achieved while fighting Isshiki Otsutsuki.
How does Baryon Mode work?
We also got the details on how this Baryon Mode works. It turns out that instead of taking chakra from the surroundings, this form will be taking Naruto and Kurama’s own chakra. These process will consume both of their chakras until one or both of them dies.

While Isshiki Otsutsuki thinks that he can easily beat Naruto, it seems that this form has another effect for the enemy. According to Kurama, while the host’s lives will be shortened, it will also shorten the life of any enemy that comes in contact with the host, Naruto.
Naruto’s Baryon Mode Effect on Enemies
This effect was also felt by the enemy after noticing that her lifespan has been shortened. Instead of still having 20 hours, he now got less than 30 minutes. As the fight continues, Isshiki Otsutsuki now only have less than 10 minutes to live.
