His return in this episode will be involved to protect a Celestial Dragon who is attempting to take Shirahoshi and make the Ryugu Kingdom Princess his slave.
CP-0 is one of the strongest intelligence organization affiliated with the World Government and knowing that fact, Shirahoshi’s colleagues are still hoping to get her back. The situations are heating up when suddenly, another Celestial Dragon, who is indebted with the Ryugu Kingdom, came and helped them.
