Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Chapter 201 Spoilers
There will be two highlights that have been covered in this chapter according to the leaked spoilers. First is Muzan’s flashback and second is Muzan’s final decision before he totally disappears.
Muzan’s Remembering the Past
According to the demon, death has been with him since he was still on his mother’s womb. His heart already stopped beating many times and he was bored as a dead child. Just before he’s about to be cremated, he made a sound to inform them that he’s still alive.
Previously, Muzan did everything just to satisfy his desires, but his power is still limited. He learned that everyone has to die and agreed with Ubuyashiki.
Muzan knows that the sun will soon destroy his body but he believes that his thoughts will never vanish as they are indestructible. So the demon decides to inject his blood to Tanjiro and entrust everything to him. While Tanjiro already stopped breathing, Muzan’s blood running on his vein will surely save him. The demon believes that Tanjiro will conquer the sun and turn into the strongest demon.
Due to Tanjiro using the same technique as Yoriichi, Muzan Kibutsuji believes that Tanjiro will fulfil his dream and crush all the Demon Slayers in his place.
Tanjiro Turning into a Demon
Due to Muzan’s blood, Tanjiro came back to life but he becomes a demon. Giyu was shocked upon realizing it and commands to take Tanjiro to the sun and kill him before he killed someone else.
At the same time, Zenitsu was seen watching Tanjiro turning into a demon. Inosuke, who was also in the vicinity, recalls their previous conversation. He’s decided to kill Tanjiro but when his sword reaches Tanjiro’s neck, he stopped, as he knows he can’t kill a friend.
