In the previous chapter of the Dr. Stone manga, Suika didn’t stop her promise to revive everyone. Suika got the recipe three recipes to recreate the revival fluid. The complexity of the first two recipes surely gives Suika a hard time so she decided to use the third recipe which is a bit easier.

After 7 years, Suika finally recreated the revival fluid. Without any hesitation, Suika dropped the fluid to Senku’s stone and revived the greatest mind that she knows.
Just before the pertification during the fight against Stanley and Xeno, Suika is around 12 years old. Now that Senku has been revived after 7 years, Suika should be around 19 years old, which is the reason why we are seeing a grown-up Suika’s face after Senku’s depetrification process.
