Ahead of the leaked Steam Halloween Sales event, it seems that Valve is currently having some server issues on Steam.
Al momento della scrittura, Steam users around the world are getting error code -118 on both Steam app and browser. There is no scheduled maintenance that has been announced, so seeing this downtime on the Steam store is very unusual.
Apart from the Steam Store, the Steam Community and Steam Web API are also having some server issues. The three mentioned Steam processes are offline and there is still no news when will it be restored.
What is Steam Error Code 118?
