If you’re anything like me, you decided to get Burnout Paradise Remastered since they discontinued the original version.
Before opening the game, you will annoyingly have to create an EA Play account. And every time you load the game from here on out, it will open EA Play. 万歳.
Once you’ve completed that step, you can open the game and sit through roughly 7 minutes of meaningless unskippable scenes and intros.

The game has the unfortunate feature of using your real front camera to take a picture for the driver’s permit, and when the game tries to access it, it crashes.
The Fix

- Go to the device manager and grant administrator access if prompted.
