When you leave this building we can go to a few areas. You can ignore the police station if you want, its mainly for an achievement
For the achievement, enter the police station and talk to the officer on the right

Now for the game go to the hospital
Talk to the nurse inside
Head to the payphone and call Maggie
Head back to your room
Head to the reception
Look at and get key from the key rack
Open the door near to your van
Go ahead, snoop around!

While here enter the mens restroom and read the note

I would suggest saving here as there’s 2 paths to take with their own achievements
We can now enter the janitors closet
The locker has 2 ways to open, a password and by the hammer. For now use the password
PRINCE Enter the room next to us
Use the computer with another password, this is found on the note from the mens restroom
RESENT Collect the report
Now leave the hospital to finish the game
